Each subscription of PainFile provides 2 years within which to earn up to 60 credits (i.e. subscription expires after 2 years or once you’ve earned the maximum 60 credits). While your subscription is active, you can select which modules/issue you complete, and the credits earned for your completion will be deducted from your account.

Dannemiller reports once per directly to either the AANA or the ABA by the fifth working day of the month following the credit completion. For example, credits earned in January will be reported no later than the fifth working day of February. If you need credits reported more immediately, Early Reporting is available. To request early reporting, you must call 1-800-328-2308 during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4:30PM CT. At that time, your credits will be verified, and credit card information obtained; credits will then be reported within 2 business days. The fee for Early Reporting is $40.

The issue you are experiencing could be related to the internet browser you are using. Internet Explorer and older versions of Safari do not update or refresh as well as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Since the browser does not update, it will not display your completed modules immediately.
A passing score of 80% is required on our post-tests, which you will take after viewing each module. Once you have passed a test, it becomes locked. After taking the post-test, the evaluation button will show up to be completed. You must complete both the post-test and evaluation before receiving your certificate.
